TO ARRIVE - USEFUL VERBS AND EXPRESSIONS
MEANING: To reach your destination; to get where you are going. Usually, we say “arrive at”. “We arrived at the cinema at 7:00.” However, we eliminate the “at” with the word “home”.
EXAMPLE: “They arrived home an hour early.”
